Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every product is made by hand in small batches, from weighing the ingredients through to wrapping the finished item.
Why does my soap look slightly different from the photograph?
Handmade cold-process soap varies naturally in colour, pattern and texture from batch to batch. Each bar is a little different, and we consider that part of its character.
How long do the products keep?
Because we produce in small batches, your product arrives fresh. Stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, our oil-and-butter based products are best enjoyed within twelve months of opening.
Can I use them if my skin is sensitive?
We always recommend patch testing a small amount on the inner arm before regular use, and reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page.
