Shipping & returns

Orders are prepared by hand and usually dispatched within two to four working days. If a batch is curing, we will let you know when to expect it.

We ship in recyclable, plastic-minimal packaging. Products travel wrapped in paper and protected with recycled materials.

Unopened products may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skincare unless the item arrived damaged.

If something arrives damaged, write to hello@kelorarituals.com with a photograph and we will make it right.
